- we send from Russia via small packet by air as a low-priced gift with a private person as sender.
- shippings over 2kg are sent as signed parcels.
- tracking number is always provided. Use any tracking service to trace the path of your order, we use pochta.ru/en/tracking because it's native for us.
- we don't give any estimates about time. It can take 5 days or 2 months... Shippings usually leave Russia in 2-3 days and can be stuck in your country by customs or your local post service, it's out of our control.
- we speak English and Russian only. Asking us in other languages means we will translate it in an online-translator and if the question is clear enough to understand will answer in English.
